we are new to the area and needed an inspection and service on a light issue. Lou's got us in right away, and gave us superior service, and were extremely gracious and accomodating. Friendly and courteous work done quickly

The people at Lou's Car Care are top notch. I brought my car in or an oil change. I asked them to check the maintenance items as well, because I travel a lot for work out of state. They found my brakes in much need of replacement. I am so happy that I didn't find out I needed work on my car when I was far from home. Plus, I know that the job was done right, so no worries there. It is so good to have honest people to work on your vehicles. Thank you to Luigi, Rachel and to Brian for job well done.

Overall the experience was great... one issue with communication caused my wife and i to come pick up our car when it wasn't ready at time it was supposed to be. But other than that, it was a great experience. Will be taking my Honda back there whenever its needed.
