I had to drop my car off and needed a loner car which Lou’s was happy to provide me with. They all were extremely helpful and eager to help. Unfortunately there was a problem w my loner car which stopped dead in the middle of route 31 with the traffic extremely heavy at the time. The guys from Lou’s car care were there in a matter of minutes with a different car while they dealt with the other one. They were extremely helpful. Very apologetic for the problem it caused and took care of everything I am impressed with their professionalism, their willingness to solve the problem. It is highly irregular to find the level of customer service they provided me with. I will continue to bring my car to them and trust they will deal w any issue w the highest level of competence. They are all an asset to Lou’s and I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car! TY Lou’s !

Good service counter people in order for us the customer to make an appointment very friendly courteous and accommodating to our time frames.....

So while we were driving in the Syracuse area earlier today when I got a warning of low tire pressure on my dash and it was dropping….stopped to check the tire and found some kind of metal in it. (See pic)After a quick search we found a place to take it. I can not thank Lou's Car Care Center, Inc. enough! We walked through their door at 5 o’clock(they close at 5:30)and Matt at the desk was super friendly and immediately went out to look at my tire “Oh yeah we can fix that, just have a seat.” He had us right back on the road with in 15 minutes. They were awesome! Thank you so much!

They told me honestly what was wrong. They didn't try to do anything to the vehicle without talking to me first. I will definitely be back again.

Lou’s Car Care is the best! I’ve been coming to them for years and always feel comfortable having them service my car. They are thorough and honest - such good people are hard to find!
