As always, there aren't enough STARS to rate the type of service everyone receives. While I waited (which wasn't very long) I was able to do some work on my laptop in a comfortable and warm area. I was greeted many times by various employees making me feel as though I was family -- not just a customer....and as a customer for about 17 years, purchasing three vehicles from Lou Jr., and requiring work from Nino's Collision a couple times, there's no other place I'll ever take my 2012 Honda CR-V.

As always Lou's car care has done an excellent job once again. I have been taking all three of my vehicles to Lou's ever since they opened and always have received personal attention in each and ever transaction. I have also used the body shop on on several occasions with outstanding results. The entire car center strives for perfection in each endeavor for which I am very appreciative! Each and every customer receives that personal touch which makes the stress of vehicle repairs a much easier process. Another thing that makes it less stressful is the fact that I have never had to return to have the same repair re-done. They do it right the first time!
