As always, there aren't enough STARS to rate the type of service everyone receives. While I waited (which wasn't very long) I was able to do some work on my laptop in a comfortable and warm area. I was greeted many times by various employees making me feel as though I was family -- not just a customer....and as a customer for about 17 years, purchasing three vehicles from Lou Jr., and requiring work from Nino's Collision a couple times, there's no other place I'll ever take my 2012 Honda CR-V.
