Lou's Car Care is the Best!

Lou's has been consistent providing good maintenance for both of my vehicles. They also provide 2 way door-to-door transportation which is much appreciated. The rewards program is a plus.

Susan was very kind, helpful and professional. Car seems to be running good so far.

I am always very pleased with the service on my vehicle, especially with the scheduling and pick-up. I have only two very minor notes to pass along for your consideration: 1. There seems to be a smell of oil burning for a few days after each oil change. I think this may be from oil that may have accidentally been spilled on the exhaust manifold. I am hoping that this could be avoided in the future if at all possible. 2. My Royalty Rewards continues to show that I have only accumulated 67 points. This has been like that for some time. Great service, great staff, great facility! There is no better place to service your car. Hands down the best car experience that I have ever had.

Excellent work on our vehicles and the service writers were knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to explain all services that were being completed as well as provided full explanations regarding all billing material.

Second car serviced this week and the people here are very friendly and make you feel like one of the family. Thanks very much.
