I am always very pleased with the service on my vehicle, especially with the scheduling and pick-up. I have only two very minor notes to pass along for your consideration: 1. There seems to be a smell of oil burning for a few days after each oil change. I think this may be from oil that may have accidentally been spilled on the exhaust manifold. I am hoping that this could be avoided in the future if at all possible. 2. My Royalty Rewards continues to show that I have only accumulated 67 points. This has been like that for some time. Excellent work on our vehicles and the service writers were knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to explain all services that were being completed as well as provided full explanations regarding all billing material.
