Lou's is a full service business where everyone goes out of their way to greet customers personally and make them feel welcome. Estimates of repair costs are always thoroughly researched and reasonable. All options are carefully explained. Temporary loaner cars are often available free of charge. I love the bright, comfortable waiting area and the service coupons. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Service performed on time at a slight lower cost than estimated.

They are always great at Lou's! Great (and quick) customer service and they are always fair. I never feel like I am having to fix things that don't necessarily need it but they are always upfront about what could be fixed and the time frame for doing so.

I took my SUV in last week for the first time. The girls who start the work orders were very friendly and they were very good at explaining all options to you up front. They also told you more about your warranty's. They notified us in a very good timely manner. No hidden costs or excuses the SUV was ready in excellent timely manner. Excellent job. Will take my SUV there for all future work.
