I've used Lou's car care many times. The people there are great. Courteous and friendly. Same for Nino's body shop. They have done 4 cars for me in their body shop. The paint comes out beautifully. Top notch. You won't be disappointed in either shop on the premises. Highly recommended.

Best auto shop in all Syracuse, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful, the price of the service was lower than what I expected even with some additional things on top, for that reason alone I can definitely call myself a new costumer.

We worked with Rick who gave us personalized, professional service , making sure everything was up to par with a great attention to details. The staff here was beyond exceptional! The communication was above board and the ability of the techs is superb. I would recommend this ship to anyone that needs any service done from a simple oil change to complex repairs. Thank you guys again.
