Lou's is great! I have had three vehicles and a trailer in their shop over the past year and the results were awesome. Quick responses from the service department with problems and they address issues that would be too costly to even have repaired in a vehicle that would not be worth the investment. They genuinely care about their customers and their rewards program is fantastic. The rewards dollars can be used for any repairs or other services in the service department. In my opinion they are the leaders in care care in NEW YORK STATE.

I was new to the area and in search of a car care facility that wasn't "cookie cutter" and uncomfortable. I certainly found what I was looking for when I went to Lou's - they even gave me a discount for choosing their services over those of a competitor. It is always a pleasure to take my car to Lou's. The maintenance on my car is done promptly and correctly. The customer service is excellent and the waiting is always clean.
