Quick inspection.

I was looking for a winter tire and wheel package, and Lou's CCC found what I needed at a competitive price. The service was fast and convenient without the hassle experienced at other repair shops. Everyone at Lou's is friendly and knowledgeable.

I was happy with the service. However, it took over 2 and half hours for an inspection and heat/AC evaluation.

Another GREAT job as usual! I know it was just an oil change but it means a lot to be treated special whether you are getting an oil change or an engine rebuild!

Lou and his crew--from the desk to the detailing to the garage--impressed me their attention to detail. Lou walked me through my new car better than any dealer I've known; he found a replacement piece for a key fob; and did tremendous work researching, then installing, a rack system. This is a boutique car buying experience (I hope they will forgive the term, which seems so apt). I will never bother with big box car dealers again.
