Another GREAT job as usual! I know it was just an oil change but it means a lot to be treated special whether you are getting an oil change or an engine rebuild!

Lou and his crew--from the desk to the detailing to the garage--impressed me their attention to detail. Lou walked me through my new car better than any dealer I've known; he found a replacement piece for a key fob; and did tremendous work researching, then installing, a rack system. This is a boutique car buying experience (I hope they will forgive the term, which seems so apt). I will never bother with big box car dealers again.

I bring my vehicle to Lou's because I know they will always be upfront with me on what my vehicle needs and when it needs it. I feel like my vehicle is always maintained well and the staff is very friendly.

I think my problem was taken seriously, checked into & fixed, also the technician stayed late to get it done & I had my car back the next morning. I appreciated that.

I went to Lou's just for a photo inspection for my insurance with Geico.The place is spotless and everyone was super friendly.I wasnt there for anything substantial but there was a very comfortable feeling at Lou's.The owner "Lou' I guess worked through his lunch time to take the photo inspection of my car.Talk about having your heart in your work.Def my new mechanic!
