I got in an accident on January 15, 2016 with my car being totaled out. I hestitad buying a car 1. Because I was a little scared to drive. 2.My husband is a Syracuse Fireman , at the time he was going on vacation so it left me with the relaxation of not having to drive much. When I started looking I wasn't thrilled about car shopping. It's tiring, time consuming, and it can be an inconvenience. So I was not in any rush.When my time was up from my relaxation chauffeur service....lol I came across Lou's car care it has been nothing but generous honest service. Lou Jr you rock! Thanks for all your help!

I came to Lou's after having some issues with my provider at the time. My poor car needed some TLC and it got it at Lou's. The entire team at Lou's also made me feel comfortable that the issues were being addressed correctly this time. Now that the work is done, I am happy with the results. My car is running better than it has been in quite some time and I have a clear idea of what is coming down the pike for normal repairs and maintenance. Everyone on the team took great care of me from the minute I dropped the car off. The service team walked me through everything and answered all of my questions along the way.

Lou's Car Care Center is very accommodating regarding times you can bring your car in and provides excellent service at very reasonable rates as well as comprehensive, prioritized cost estimates of service on your more than slightly-used vehicle without any pressure from them on you of having to do it all now or on their time schedule.

everything was fine except I had to come back the next morning after my oil change as I had oil on my garage floor..apparently some oil from the old filter leaked into the pan and then onto my floor..wasn't real happy about that..but you did take care of me right away and I appreciated that..

Once again, you were able to fit my latest emergency into your schedule, and for that, I am thankful! I know from experience that the job will be done right, so that is one less worry. What impresses me the most is the friendliness and professionalism of everyone I come in contact with. I live in Syracuse and there is a good mechanic that I trust just a block away.
