I've never been disappointed with Lou's Car Care service. They are professional and courteous. They do excellent work. It's very reassuring to me (as a woman and senior citizen) that I can depend on them for any problem, no matter how big or small.

Reasonably fast when waiting for your vehicle even if you arrive late due to weather or other issues. Work is well done and any other issues are explained thoroughly and with possible estimate outcomes as well as when the necessity of the issue needs to be done. Even when they have to break some not so good news, they try to do it gently and with seemingly heartfelt concern.

I researched every car dealership in a 500 mile radius looking for exactly the car I wanted. The best deal, by far, was found at Lou's Car Care Center. Even more amazing, was the quality of service that I received during the purchasing process. Lou Jr. seemed to drop everything he was doing to make sure I was completely taken care of from the initial presentation of the vehicle, the test drive, to the final details of the transaction. This dealership is without a doubt, first class. Honestly, I probably would have paid more for the car I bought had Lou asked me to. All my future car purchases will be from Lou's Car Care Center. Read the other testimonials and research the vehicles on the lot like I did. Lou's will be, without question, the best car buying experience you will ever have...mine was!
