Lou sold me a car and it was the best experience I have ever had! Not only did he explain everything about the car before my purchase but he was honest and his price was extremely fair. Will be purchasing the rest of my cars from Lou!!!

Recently, I had an unfortunate meeting with a guard rail that left the rear bumper on my Porsche crunched. But fortunately for me, I took my car to Nino's Collision. Nino assured me that he could fix it up as good as new. He was right. In less than 2 weeks Nino and his crew had my car finished and looking beautiful once again. He matched the metallic paint perfectly and my car looks as good as new. Nino's collision gets 5 stars from me.

Lou's Car Care has been a great place to do business. The news about my car last week wasn't good but it was factual and complete with costs so I could make a decision whether it is time to buy something new. And our experience over several years has been that Lou's does great work at fair prices.

Great customer service, Rachel is very efficient and pleasant. The work is done well, I understand what is needed and why. I don't have any concerns when I drive away.

I recently relocated to the area and my car needed service. Previously I always brought my car to the dealership. So I was a bit nervous bringing it somewhere different . However I received great service, very personable, answered any and all questions . My car performance is as a brand new car. I would not go to dealership again, I will go to Lou's for all my car needs.

A glowing five star rating. On Friday my neighbor noticed that my tire was almost completely flat. I immediately called your service center and was told "come right over Cathy and we will get it taken care of". My neighbor was kind enough to pump my tire up so that I could get to your service center safely. I am so grateful that you were able to fit me into your schedule and fix my tire, especially since it was late on Friday afternoon. Thank you all so much!

I was able to make a appointment to meet my schedule. They completed the work and called me about items they found during their inspection. I accepted some items and they included pricing for the other in my statement. They offered to assist in returning the car to us if timing was a problem. Good job
