I recently relocated to the area and my car needed service. Previously I always brought my car to the dealership. So I was a bit nervous bringing it somewhere different . However I received great service, very personable, answered any and all questions . My car performance is as a brand new car. I would not go to dealership again, I will go to Lou's for all my car needs.

A glowing five star rating. On Friday my neighbor noticed that my tire was almost completely flat. I immediately called your service center and was told "come right over Cathy and we will get it taken care of". My neighbor was kind enough to pump my tire up so that I could get to your service center safely. I am so grateful that you were able to fit me into your schedule and fix my tire, especially since it was late on Friday afternoon. Thank you all so much!

I was able to make a appointment to meet my schedule. They completed the work and called me about items they found during their inspection. I accepted some items and they included pricing for the other in my statement. They offered to assist in returning the car to us if timing was a problem. Good job

When you find a business who goes way above and beyond they deserve recognition.We have a job that turned complicated due to a parts issue.They were kind enough to offer us a loaner car for a trip we previously planned.That is customer service! Who does that anymore?Very impressed and thankful.

Needed a New York State inspection and a oil change. As usual the staff and the service was excellent.

Oil Change then our brakes needed to be repair. Great job and didn't keep us waiting all day, even gave us a loaner to use.
