I don't believe you can find a better place for automotive service in the Baldwinsville area. The work is always well done and the pricing is fair. The people at Lou's always take the time to discuss what has been done, what should be done next, what can be scheduled for a later time, and if there is any serious problem.

In the last 18 months, my family has had some unfortunate luck and have had to have repairs done to 3 vehicles at Nino's Collision. I must say, this is the best repair shop I have ever dealt with. We are always given top-notch customer service and all of our questions are always answered. When the guys at Nino's tell you how long it will take to repair your vehicle, it is always on time and done beautifully. My vehicles have all come back cleaner than they went in! Thank you Nino and staff for making stressful situations so much easier! It means a lot.

Took my Cadillac (which I purchased from Lou Jr) for it's first service last week. My buying experience last year from Lou's Care Care Center was so positive, that I will gladly drive over an hour to Lou's for service whenever needed. They provided me with a reliable "loaner" car while I was getting some body work done as well as some additional repairs. Since this was my first appointment for service, I can now say that absolutely everything, from purchase, to service, to followup, was nothing short to outstanding. I have paid much more at other vehicle repair shops and received nowhere near the quality and personal attention that I enjoyed at Lou's. I am a customer at Lou's Car Care Center for life!

I have never experienced anything like it. The service, the attention to details, the information shared, the relaxed atmosphere, I can go on and on. Went to Lou's car service located in Baldwinsville, to purchase a car, I had been eying for awhile, on different websites, and ended up purchasing two vehicles.. My husband also purchased a vehicle.. Honesty at its best!!!
