Baldwinsville Auto Repair

Just had to take both my cars in for service, New starter, Battery Cables, Tires and brakes along with state inspection and as always the folks at Lou's provided excellent service. Everyone there promotes customer service above and beyond. I have been using this facility for several years now and have never failed to be satisfied both with quality of service and quality of auto parts installed. I have had two vehicles in the auto body shop as well and the work was excellent........ I also hear they sell mighty fine used cars.

I couldn't be happier with the customer service and quality of repairs I received on my vehicle. You can really tell that everyone at Lou's Car Care really loves what they do and cares about their customers' vehicle safety.

The people up front were friendly and helpful. Thank you for the helpful car maintenance suggestions. I didn't remember about the need to replace brake fluid and antifreeze fluid. I will be in to get those items done later.

There is a shop much closer to me with honest mechanics. But I go to Lou's because EVERYONE there is outstanding! I drive a beat up old minivan, always something wrong with it. It's embarrassing to be seen with it! But I get treated like I drove in with a Mercedes when I come in. Everyone is so friendly. The last time I came in, the woman at the desk remembered me. Unfortunately, I'm bad with names and don't remember hers. I needed to leave my van overnight, and another woman (again, bad with names...) gave me a ride to my Dad's house. She not only remembered him, but when she pulled into the driveway, I realized I had not given her directions to his house! The work done was quality, and work that I declined to have done at this time was accepted without someone trying to convince me. I am always pleased with my experience at Lou's!!

Excellent oil-change service as always! They also kindly provided me a list of items I may wish to have done on vehicle over the next few months, but there was no pressure applied to have me do it immediately!

The staff is courteous. Desk staff dealt with a couple of obnoxious people with professionalness, decorum, and compassion. Little Lou was a sweetheart, as usual. All the folks at Lou's treat you as though you are a good friend, if not a member of their "family."

ALWAYS PLEASED WITH THW ORK DONE HERE AT LOU'S AND THE TIME ALOTTED FOR THE JOB AS STATED. I FEEL AS IF I AM TREATED WITH RESPECT AND LOYALTY AND GIVEN COMPLETE HONEST INFORMATION. WHO COULD ASK FOR MORE? 5 STARS WITHOUT A DOUBT EACH AND EVERY TIME.
