I have been going to Lou's since 1987 and have always been pleased with their service center. They are always friendly, honest, and helpful with letting you know all your options. I feel like family there and when it came to purchasing a new vehicle, I wasn't sure where to turn to, so I asked Lou junior. I don't know why I was surprised but Lou junior went way out of his way to help me. He took the time to show me all my options in various vehiles from new to used and even if I wanted to have one built. I found what I wanted and purchasing it was simple too. Lou once again made sure I understood every line on the loan and explained how everything works on the vehicle. If you are ever interested in purchasing a vehicle or have one that needs work I totally recommend Lou's car care because they will make sure things run smooth and that you are very happy. As always the work you do is outstanding. Your not the cheapest but the best. Great job by everyone concerned from the service and maintenance staff. The only thing that troubled me is the step pricing. I would have been pleased to get the total repair cost up front rather than getting calls each day with additional costs. I know you didn't know what was wrong until you got into the repairs. But what I thought would be a $1000 bill turned into a $4000 bill. All in all I still think Lou's is the best. Bill Hosey

The moment I walked through the door, Lou and the team treated me like a member of their team! I was road tripping back down to Houston and found Lou and now he's the reason we want to drive back up through! Really great service and center! And great people!

Great job even though I was beginning to be afraid of answering the phone!! lol .. The work was needed and came out great. I will be back inside of the next couple of months to get the struts done!
