As always the work you do is outstanding. Your not the cheapest but the best. Great job by everyone concerned from the service and maintenance staff. The only thing that troubled me is the step pricing. I would have been pleased to get the total repair cost up front rather than getting calls each day with additional costs. I know you didn't know what was wrong until you got into the repairs. But what I thought would be a $1000 bill turned into a $4000 bill. All in all I still think Lou's is the best. Bill Hosey

Just had to take both my cars in for service, New starter, Battery Cables, Tires and brakes along with state inspection and as always the folks at Lou's provided excellent service. Everyone there promotes customer service above and beyond. I have been using this facility for several years now and have never failed to be satisfied both with quality of service and quality of auto parts installed. I have had two vehicles in the auto body shop as well and the work was excellent........ I also hear they sell mighty fine used cars.

I couldn't be happier with the customer service and quality of repairs I received on my vehicle. You can really tell that everyone at Lou's Car Care really loves what they do and cares about their customers' vehicle safety.

The people up front were friendly and helpful. Thank you for the helpful car maintenance suggestions. I didn't remember about the need to replace brake fluid and antifreeze fluid. I will be in to get those items done later.
