As always they take great care of my mini! Would"t let anyone else service it. They really know how to do what needs to be done on it. They check it out every time I bring it in even if it is just for a tire change. This really eliminates problems down the road. I have great confidence in the whole team at Lou"s from the front desk to all the techs. Great job everyone!!!!!

Attention to keeping your vehicle running its best ! After purchasing new tires for my vehicle, it was suggested that I have the wheel alignment checked. At Lou's, they first checked the alignment before starting any work. The alignment was within spec so no alignment was performed. This says a lot to me about the integrity you will find at Lou's Service Center.

The service has always been on time, quality repairs and excellent staff. Meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations. Always a real pleasure.

No need to look any place else other than Lou's for the best car care in the Baldwinsville/ Syracuse area. Dave worked closely with me to help get parts covered under warranty from work done at another shop in town and got everything back up and working. At Lou's you are never in the dark and the team works hard to communicate with you throughout the process and they keep you up to date on future needs every time you come in. Started coming here about a year ago and still as pleased as we were the first time.
