At Lou's, they first checked the alignment before starting any work. The alignment was within spec so no alignment was performed. This says a lot to me about the integrity you will find at Lou's Service Center.

No need to look any place else other than Lou's for the best car care in the Baldwinsville/ Syracuse area. Dave worked closely with me to help get parts covered under warranty from work done at another shop in town and got everything back up and working. At Lou's you are never in the dark and the team works hard to communicate with you throughout the process and they keep you up to date on future needs every time you come in. Started coming here about a year ago and still as pleased as we were the first time.

Nice service and staff

They take the time to do it right and make sure your car is ready and safe for you. They offer recommendations for service to your vehicle but don't get pushy about them unless it is truly an problem that needs to be addressed immediately. They went out of their way to make sure I was kept in the loop throughout my service both. Well worth the money spent.
