I have been extremely satisfied with Lou's automobile repair services on our Volvo and BMW. From the reception counter through to and including the mechanics, they are always pleasant and genuinely interested in ensuring you have a good experience and that their services meet your full expectations. We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Lou's and were extremely pleased with both the streamlined process and the vehicle we purchased. Customer service at its best!

They took excellent care of my car and offered a free diagnostic evaluation of my car with a complete listing of recommendations. They are a differentiator within this market as they look beyond the job and form a long term relationship with you and your cars. They have sold me on their service and a long term loyal customer.

Excellent as usual. I leave 1/2 a star as part of my personal philosophy that there are always opportunities to improve. (also, I asked Luigi for 7/32" foam on my cappuccino, and it was a full 1/4". So, c'mon.)
