They are a differentiator within this market as they look beyond the job and form a long term relationship with you and your cars. They have sold me on their service and a long term loyal customer.

Excellent as usual. I leave 1/2 a star as part of my personal philosophy that there are always opportunities to improve. (also, I asked Luigi for 7/32" foam on my cappuccino, and it was a full 1/4". So, c'mon.)

He is so personable, efficient, and works to have the car ready as quickly as possible. It makes car buying a very pleasant experience, which is why we have gone back when we needed a car. As always they take great care of my mini! Would"t let anyone else service it. They really know how to do what needs to be done on it. They check it out every time I bring it in even if it is just for a tire change. This really eliminates problems down the road. I have great confidence in the whole team at Lou"s from the front desk to all the techs. Great job everyone!!!!!
