I just had my new car in your shop for it's first oil change even though I could have had it done for free at the Toyota dealer. I think that says it all!!

The staff at Lou's Car Care are always friendly, professional, and accommodating. 20 minutes before my most recent 8 am appointment I had to cancel due to an emergent family issue. Rachel said "No problem, when would you like to come in?" I was able to reschedule for 2 pm the same day. That's good service! Lou Jr. always makes a point to say hi and shake my hand. It almost like family at Lou's.
