This is the first time I have ever written a review. I have never been compelled to until I did business with Lou. From the time I walked in until the sale was complete I never felt pressured or like anything was being hidden or left out. I got a fair amount for my trade and a fair price on the new car. I recommend Lou's to anyone looking for a quality used car and to be treated respectfully.

Had an unexpected emergency problem. Lou's got the part the same day, repaired by mid next morning and was happy with bill. So happy with their work and service.

Once again Lou's Car Care Service is heads above other mechanical maintenance facilities. I scheduled an appointment for state inspection, oil change and a tire rotation. Called up received an appointment went in and in a very short time I was ready to drive away in the knowledge that I was driving a safe and reliable vehicle. The personnel at Lou's ensure that work to my vehicle was and is always done in a reliable, safe and at a time that works into my schedule.
