Great service! I had bought a new (used) car, Lou's went over the whole engine, fixed its oil leak and other things, and my car is running great! I'll never take it to any other service center!

This is a really nice place. The Mini Cooper I was looking for was at this dealership. They were so helpful with answering all questions. Sue always had everything ready when I arrived. Emails and paperwork expedited in a quick and professional manner. Lou went over the inside of car in a through manner. I ordered custom matts which they will arrive in 2 weeks. My 2015 MINI COOPER was like brand new when I drove it off the lot. I will buy another car from Lou in the future. It was a very good experience. This is why they have a good reputation and good rating.

Love everything about all of these guys and gals. I truly feel that they're all family. Honest, respectable, respectful, and professional in every way!!! I will never go anywhere else. I, myself am in the professional service industry. That being the case, I KNOW FOR A FACT, that you cannot make everybody happy all of the time.
