I was looking to trade in my almost new 2017 Honda Accord and switch to a BMW. I contacted Lou and he facilitated all of my questions and requests promptly and friendly. Over the course of two weeks, Lou and I had about 75 emails between the two of us. They are always willing to communicate and answer questions. Lou was outstanding in preparing my BMW by changing filters, replacing tires, painting calipers and more. He made the transition from a new car to a used one as easy as possible. This is a really nice place. The Mini Cooper I was looking for was at this dealership. They were so helpful with answering all questions. Sue always had everything ready when I arrived. Emails and paperwork expedited in a quick and professional manner. Lou went over the inside of car in a through manner. I ordered custom matts which they will arrive in 2 weeks. My 2015 MINI COOPER was like brand new when I drove it off the lot. I will buy another car from Lou in the future. It was a very good experience. This is why they have a good reputation and good rating.

Love everything about all of these guys and gals. I truly feel that they're all family. Honest, respectable, respectful, and professional in every way!!! I will never go anywhere else. I, myself am in the professional service industry. That being the case, I KNOW FOR A FACT, that you cannot make everybody happy all of the time.
