I have always found everyone to be courteous and very helpful at Lou’s. They seem to value their customers which is growing more unusual in today’s world. I would recommend them for a service that is needed.

I discovered Lou's during my online search for a new/used car, and I am very glad I did! It's my first car purchase in quite some time, and I was not looking forward to the process. But from the first email communication to my visit for a test drive, all the way to picking up my new car, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of all of the people I met here, and I'm looking forward to returning for all of my service needs!!!

It is hard to single out any one reason to be a customer of Lous car care because of the team that services your needs Lou jr , Luigi, Rachel, Susan and the entire shop team has treated our family with respect and technical expertise on every visit My wife drove our 2012 Rav 4 but had a love of her Chevy Equinox which was traded in on my highlander last year. When driving by lous I noticed a shipment of cars being delivered and saw two Chevy Equinox on the transport A phone call and two days later the deal was finalized and my wife is now back in an equinox and loving her new vehicle.
