I was searching for my dream car and found it at Lou's. After talking to Lou on the phone, I had a great vibe and thought it would be worth the 2 hour trip from Buffalo. I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere from the staff and really hit it off with Lou. I loved the car. I also loved that there was absolutely no pressure with the sale. Totally hassle free NYS Inspection. All was good and I was on my way in 30 minutes.

My car's problem was in the steering.They had a mechanic who was able to find the cause and replace some rusted U-joints. I drive a 2004 Camry and rust is becoming a problem. Everyone of Lou's employees earn high marks in customer service. I will definitely be returning.

Lou's has been servicing my Dodge 2008 van for some time. It is still running like new after 10 years! I recently had new wheels (steel) and wheel covers put on and it now looks great as well!
