I just finalized my purchase of a lightly used F-150 King Ranch Lou's took in on trade and I couldn't have been happier with the process of buying a vehicle from Lou Jr he was amazing. The extra attention to detail to get everything correct and in line before just shoving you in the truck and sending you on your merry way. Even when I came in to pick the truck up the deal was done (which I wanna tell you they worked with me and really hooked up a nice deal on my dream truck) but Lou Jr took around 45 minutes to go through and explain all the different control options the truck had when he really could have just been like here's the keys have a nice day, thanks for the business and see ya around. The experience at Lou's Car Care is first class and what a great family to do business with these guys really have it figured out!!!

Yet again the staff at Lou's took good care of us. As I waited for my car I sat in the waiting room. I overheard so many conversations, not only do the folks at Lou's fix your car they ask about you and your family. They are so kind and compassionate. We also recently needed body work done on the car, had that done at Nino's....Ed was wonderful to us....every time we go to Lou's it's a pleasant experience and they actually fix the car....never any problems. Very professional Affordable Flexible

We got stuck on I-90E and had to be towed off due to a faulty part that was put on at a different shop. The staff here were very helpful in finding us a place to stay for the night and getting us back out on the road to finish our trip. Thank you so much!
