Yet again the staff at Lou's took good care of us. As I waited for my car I sat in the waiting room. I overheard so many conversations, not only do the folks at Lou's fix your car they ask about you and your family. They are so kind and compassionate. We also recently needed body work done on the car, had that done at Nino's....Ed was wonderful to us....every time we go to Lou's it's a pleasant experience and they actually fix the car....never any problems. Thanks to all of you.

I give Lou's Car Care a 5+!! They are the traditional "hometown" mechanic. They have been very professional and caring with all of their work. They went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle needs. I will continue having Lou's take care of my cars.

Very professional Affordable Flexible

We got stuck on I-90E and had to be towed off due to a faulty part that was put on at a different shop. The staff here were very helpful in finding us a place to stay for the night and getting us back out on the road to finish our trip. Thank you so much!

everything was very good fast speedy service, but you did not rotate my tires as you said you did not see the coupon i filled out online. i might try you again but better get a better understanding of your online coupons. if that happens again goodbye
