Recently purchased a used BMW 435i x drive from Lou. My car is perfect! I have been thrilled with the attention to detail they provided me and my car. My deal was made with a handshake. I have dealt with numerous auto dealers in the past and by far Lou is the most honest, kind and considerate car dealer I have ever met. He even suggested a place for dinner as I came from out of town and was sweet enough to call me two hrs later to inquire how we enjoyed our meal. I would purchase again in confidence and recommend them highly !!!

Routine maintenance. Phoned in to schedule an appointment. I was asked a few questions about whether I was going to wait or drop it off. The appointment was made. I arrived on time, my car was brought into the shop and I was soon told the vehicle was complete. The technician took notes as to the condition of various components, no additional services were needed and now I have a snap shot of a few upcoming service recommendations with an approximate time frame.

I just finalized my purchase of a lightly used F-150 King Ranch Lou's took in on trade and I couldn't have been happier with the process of buying a vehicle from Lou Jr he was amazing. The extra attention to detail to get everything correct and in line before just shoving you in the truck and sending you on your merry way. Even when I came in to pick the truck up the deal was done (which I wanna tell you they worked with me and really hooked up a nice deal on my dream truck) but Lou Jr took around 45 minutes to go through and explain all the different control options the truck had when he really could have just been like here's the keys have a nice day, thanks for the business and see ya around. The experience at Lou's Car Care is first class and what a great family to do business with these guys really have it figured out!!!
