We've been doing business with Lou's Car Care for seven or eight years now. Absolutely the best - service, communication, courtesy.

The reason I only gave 4 stars is because of the fact that I had a flat tire 12 hours after I had brand new snow tires installed. However, returned the car the next day and problem was solved the next day.

Came in today within an hour of closing and they were nice enough to look at my leaking tire and diagnose that it had a nail in it. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. This has been my experience with Lou’s whenever I go there. Thank you!

My car wouldn't start and I was stuck at work. AAA made the recommendation to tow it to Lou's and from then on I was hooked! Lou's does such a great job not only working on cars but keeping you informed on other work that might keep your car from running smoothly. I appreciated the check ins to let me know where my repairs stood and also to see if I was comfortable moving forward with repairs on unforeseen issues. Great service and great staff!
