I moved to the Syracuse area 13 years ago. Being a car nut, I needed to find a knowledgeable, honest business to service my autos. After 6 shops and dealer ships I found Lou's Care care. I have been totally satisfied with all of their work and the employees are top notch and friendly. When I decided to purchase a car I went to Lou and he started a search for the car I was looking for with the budget I was comfortable with. He found exactly what I wanted. He could of not been more congenial and helpful with every aspect of the process. I would recommend Lou's to any one looking for service or to purchase an auto.

Thanks to the great team at Lou's, our family cars are ready for summer! We swapped out the winter tires on one car and purchased and installed a whole new set of rims and Continental TrueContact touring tires for the other. We can't say enough for the help in choosing the right tires and for the fantastic service and support from everyone at Lou's!

Everyone I have interacted with here has been wonderful! Today I cancelled my appointment and Sue contacted me to see if I wanted to reschedule and when I told her I wouldn’t have a ride after I dropped my car off she informed me they could shuttle me home and back to get my car if needed! The customer service is excellent and the maintenance I’ve had done there is excellent as well! I would definitely recommend them.

The Staff at Lou's are fantastic!! My Chevy Malibu developed an ABS issue early on a recent Monday. They were able to take my car in at lunchtime, diagnose and repair it, having it ready for me to pick up after work!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service!

I fully trust Lou's Car Care and actually enjoy my visits to the center. The staff are friendly, the coffee is hot, and the waiting room is very comfortable. Fortunately I've never required more than routine service but I would certainly take my car there should I need any work done on it.

Lou’s did a great job, was on schedule, provided me with a loaner vehicle and texted me each day of the progress on my vehicle. I will continue to use their services in the future and recommend them to others. It was also nice to communicate with the same person each time so that I know they knew my vehicle and the flow of what was going on. Very knowledgeable staff.

Maintenance items. Everything was easy and went exactly as planned. My wait time was minimal. Future maintenance items were brought to my attention which is greatly appreciated as I will be traveling this summer and want to avoid any preventable car issues during vacation.
