Additionally, we have been bringing our cars here for service for quite some time for regular maintenance and always feel we get a fair price and very good work done. They do great work on BMW's! I was very impressed with the ability to understand the issues with performance, the inner workings of my specific vehicle, And understand the critical points out where failures could exist. They examined all possibilities and it turned out to be an issue which could be handled by the dealership due to recall. I was only charged for what was appropriate and the work was done expeditiously and at a fair price.

Lou's took me right in for a upper break light replacement on the fly after my car didn't pass inspection, much appreciated!! Great customer service, friendly/helpful staff. Will take my car here again for sure!

I was looking for a specific car and happened to locate it at Lou’s Car Care Center. After reaching out and speaking with Lou directly in regards to the vehicle I couldn’t be more pleased. Lou was a pleasure to work with and stayed in constant contact with me throughout the purchase. Since I was buying a car out of state it was extremely comforting and let me know I had made the right decision. Once the car arrived it was exactly as described to me and in perfect condition. Lou was awesome! He made buying my first car transparent and pain-free. We went over every line on all the documents I had to sign and all the features on the car I purchased. He took the time to make sure you understood everything, which is something hard to find with car dealerships. Highly recommend!
