I brought my car to Lou’s for an alignment and to have a ball joint replaced after doing some suspension work. They informed me they had a busy day when I dropped the car off but still were willing to work with my schedule. Excellent communication, the alignment is perfect, and pricing and turnaround times are very reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about this crew!

First finding a place that would just change the oil and then doing the total car check and rotate the tires free of charge, that in it self would give you a 10 star rating, free is a word that is becoming extinct or has attachments to it!
