Lou's car care and the wonderful staff working there make going to get repairs something I dont dread. They have always been fair, trustworthy, and kind. Lou's is the only place I'll take my car :)

Service was prompt. I was presented with some maintenance options but was not pressured to have the work done immediately which I appreciated.
