I am here in NY for a month every summer and have taken my car in to Lou's Car Care in the past for service. The staff is always friendly and accommodating with great service. This year I encountered an issue that sent me back to Lou's. They were very honest and said they didn't have the diagnostics to get to the root of the problem and didn't want to cost me a lot of money just fo find out that it needed to go to a dealer. I had planned on trading the car in next spring so decided to look at the cars at Lou's while I was there. I found a sweet used car and decided to trade now. Lou's personal service is far and above any dealership I have ever bought from. He takes the time to go over everything from financing to forwarding information to your insurance agency to learning all of the new options on the car before you leave.
