Fantastic service as always. Got the job done quickly and the new setup where the info is sent through text with pictures of everything is amazing.

We brought our SUV to lou's for work, and are pleased with the work that was done. It is the 1st time for us. Rachel in service did a great job in keeping us informed of the work and in reviewing the invoice and the work which is guaranteed. We were also offered a courtesy car, because of the new year's holiday, but did not take it, since we did not need one. This was a nice gesture, because I have not yet encountered a dealer that does this. Thanks for that Lou's team. Great job!
