I heard good things about Lous but when I went there my self I was absolutely shocked in a good way at their professionalism and how much they did for me above and beyond the call of duty. We brought our SUV to lou's for work, and are pleased with the work that was done. It is the 1st time for us. Rachel in service did a great job in keeping us informed of the work and in reviewing the invoice and the work which is guaranteed. We were also offered a courtesy car, because of the new year's holiday, but did not take it, since we did not need one. This was a nice gesture, because I have not yet encountered a dealer that does this. Thanks for that Lou's team. Great job!
