I needed to have my car towed a short distance to Lou's Car Care due to a mechanical problem. My interactions with both Rachel (front desk) and Gene (service) were very professional. My repair was estimated the same afternoon and I had my car back the following morning after a part replacement. This was my first experience at Lou's and I would recommend this shop to others.

Lou Jr. eased my anxieties about buying a smaller luxury car (I had driven a mini van for a 10 years) and took his time to show me every feature on the car. He was patient as I was a little slow to pick things up. Thank you for a great experience.
