This business is professional, top notch, and provides much attention to detail. Buying a car can be stressful, but from beginning to end, Lou made for a smooth and easy car buying experience. I needed to have my car towed a short distance to Lou's Car Care due to a mechanical problem. My interactions with both Rachel (front desk) and Gene (service) were very professional. My repair was estimated the same afternoon and I had my car back the following morning after a part replacement. This was my first experience at Lou's and I would recommend this shop to others.
