I recently moved to B’ville. After a disastrous attempt at getting my car inspected elsewhere in town, I found Lou’s online. It was a very lucky find! Lou’s staff are friendly, professional, and wear masks at all times. They performed my inspection in under an hour. The “other place” told me it would take an hour, but after I arrived they told me I’d have to leave my car because they were too busy to get to it! Because I had expected to wait, I had no other transportation lined up. Also, I saw an employee drive in a customer’s car without a mask. Lou’s has a spacious parking lot and a clean, welcoming waiting area for customers. (The “other place” had me park in their *driveway* because their tiny lot was over full.) I highly recommend Lou’s Car Care and plan to return for future services!

Have meant to write this for some time. My wife was shopping for a new car and we found a great selection of used low mile Audi's at Lou's. We settled on one, and it was by far the best (like easiest) car buying experience we have ever had. Lou personally explained every option and made certain my wife (what a gentleman and it was perfect, as it is not my car) was comfortable with every single feature on the car. We will definitely work with Lou again the next time we need to buy a car.
