Just had to take both my cars in for service, New starter, Battery Cables, Tires and brakes along with state inspection and as always the folks at Lou's provided excellent service. Everyone there promotes customer service above and beyond. I have been using this facility for several years now and have never failed to be satisfied both with quality of service and quality of auto parts installed. I have had two vehicles in the auto body shop as well and the work was excellent........ I also hear they sell mighty fine used cars.

They where very helpful and able to get my vehicle in the next day for an oil change and tire rotation. I think the value for the oil change and free tire rotation is great! The link they send to review what the mechanic finds during his inspection is a nice tool.
