There are many that sell and repair vehicles in CNY that claim customer service. I have never experienced anything close to the personal customer experience like I have at Lou’s Car Care. I truly feel like I matter and as far as I am concerned Lou’s defines outstanding customer service in every respect. Kind, knowledgeable and driven to please they keep my BMW in top shape. Thanks to Lou and his great staff..

Would recommend Lou's ,the staff are very friendly and service is great! The fact that they have loaner vehicles while your car is being repaired is a nice plus!
