Another incredible experience at Lou’s Car Care. My vehicle was serviced today and, once completed, I was immediately sent a text that provided a link to pictures, video and a full write up relating to what was done to repair my vehicle. Lou is five steps ahead of the competition and that’s why there is no competition for me. Lou’s Car Care is the only service center that I would ever bring my vehicles to. Really good people that really care!

Working with Matt to get my son's car scheduled for a broken window regulator replacement on a MB was such an ease. I am located in another state but my son is at Colgate University in Hamilton. Matt assured me that he would make all the necessary arrangements including, providing a vehicle for my son's use whilst his was in the shop. He kept me and my son updated on every step. Repairs were done in one day. Extremely thorough job done by Matt, Marc and the team at Lou's. So reassuring to know we can count on Lou's to provide A class, professional service.

Before bringing my car to Lou's Car Care I was told buy another repair shop I should "just get rid of my car". But after bringing it to Lou's Car Care and having the staff spend countless hours diagnosing and pinpointing the issues with my vehicle, it was fix! I STARTED COMING HERE AND FOUND THE SERVICE AND STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY EXPLAIN FULLY WHAT THE PROBLEMS ARE THAT NEED TO BE FIXED. AND THEY DO IT IN A TIMELY MANNER. Mark & Matt at Lou’s Car Care continue to do an excellent job at servicing my vehicles. They promptly began the work on my truck when the appointment was scheduled. My truck was towed there for a transmission fluid leak and they kept me informed throughout the process. Kept me aware of what was going and potential hidden problems that would have to be checked after the repair. My truck was repaired promptly and they cleaned the fluid splash on the undercarriage off the truck. Lou’s also did a safety inspection just make me aware of the condition of safety components i. e. Brakes, tires, etc. They are my go to guys for both my 2500 HD and my BMW and I highly recommend them.
