I will never take my car anywhere else while i’m in the area, shortcuts are not in their vocabulary. Amazing service every time and very honest with their pricing. I need more stars to give!

Finding a place to take your vehicle that has knowledgeable mechanics and integrity is so hard these days. Lou runs a fantastic and ethical business. We’ve been coming here for a few years now and always know the problem will be identified and fixed. You receive pictures of the issue and explanation and care. Thank you Lou and staff!

Another incredible experience at Lou’s Car Care. My vehicle was serviced today and, once completed, I was immediately sent a text that provided a link to pictures, video and a full write up relating to what was done to repair my vehicle. Lou is five steps ahead of the competition and that’s why there is no competition for me. Lou’s Car Care is the only service center that I would ever bring my vehicles to. Really good people that really care!

Very professional experience. Car was completed on time and invoice was just as we were quoted. Overall experience I was very pleased and the service dept employees were very professional. We will be back in future.

Working with Matt to get my son's car scheduled for a broken window regulator replacement on a MB was such an ease. I am located in another state but my son is at Colgate University in Hamilton. Matt assured me that he would make all the necessary arrangements including, providing a vehicle for my son's use whilst his was in the shop. He kept me and my son updated on every step. Repairs were done in one day. Extremely thorough job done by Matt, Marc and the team at Lou's. So reassuring to know we can count on Lou's to provide A class, professional service.

Before bringing my car to Lou's Car Care I was told buy another repair shop I should "just get rid of my car". But after bringing it to Lou's Car Care and having the staff spend countless hours diagnosing and pinpointing the issues with my vehicle, it was fix! Now my vehicle is running better than it ever did even when I first purchased it. Matt and the staff at Lou's Car Care is absolutely hands down the best in the business. I will not bring my vehicle or any other vehicle that I ever own anywhere else as long as these guys are in business. Thanks again guys!!
