I brought my car to Lou's to have my rack and pinion replaced and an inspection. After I had already had Pep Boys take a look at it and was going to have them do the repair. But something didn't seem right about it. So I decided to move it to Lou's Car Care. They were very honest and thorough. It was exactly as I had expected. The car needed a lot more work than what they were telling me and I could have been in a very dangerous situation with the car at any moment if ai would have jept it on the road. The attention that the service manager gave to me was exactly what I needed to feel more secure about the safety of my vehicle and he was very honest and up front about everything. In the end I ended up buying a new vehicle. I will be a customer for life at Lou's and When someone asks me who I would recommend it will be this place.
