The other day I had to bring my wifes car in for a oil change, and we found out that the front brakes were in very poor condition. Instead of making a new apointment the service manager got our car in right away and at a great price. I feel so much better knowing my wife is safer because of the guys at Lou's.
Everytime I need any work done or just an oil change..anything- Lou's is the place to go. Always dependable. Never have any complaints. Friendly staff. Highly recommended! :)

You kept track of my brakes, told me when I needed to have them fixed, scheduled a date, ordered the parts to the scheduled date and loaned me a car. My Mom had a MD appointment the same day. The service could not have been better. Thank you.
