I got in for an oil change and NYS inspection. Lou's mechanic got me in at 7:30am and out before 8:30 so that I could get to work. Great service. Good honest people. My car runs great.

I've never been disappointed with the service at Lou's. When I leave my car for the day, the team there keeps me informed throughout the day on the progress of repairs. They go the extra mile to ensure the car is ready when they say it will be. And fixing things right the first time is std. procedure for them. Their tire prices are very competitive too. I use shop around, now I know I don't need to. Saves time - gives peace of mind.

I have driven by Lous for many years and thought some day I should stop by and see what they have to offer. On Friday 3/11/11 I called on a tire quote for my wifes 2006 Equinox and spoke to Lougigi who was outstanding in his knowledge and desire to help me. On Saturday 3/12/11 I stopped in and had Randy show me the details of purchasing tires and all that it entails. He offered me a tour of the shop area and bragged about the detailing services they have. I gave them a test order for tires and received the WOW factor of a great price, quality tires, a shuttle service at no charge and in the process received a call that the frontend needed an allignment but no pressure to do the work. We are proud to be the newest members of Lou's car care family. In fact my Trailblazer is getting detailed and an oil change this Friday! Wow am I thankful I called for a quote and found an auto center that appreciates my business. WOW I can't wait to see my SUV detailed and shining with the start of spring. WOW I can't wait to tell everyone I know to visit Lou's and ask for Randy or Lougigi.
