Lou got me in for service the day I needed an appointment, got my car back on the road by the end of the day. He was very good at explaining what was wrong and how to fix it. Everyone in the shop was very friendly. I will return to Lou's the next time my car needs work.

For the most part I was pleased, with the exception of one portion. The engine light was not cleared. It still reminds illuminate. Beside that service was great.

My car has been acting up for a few weeks now. Randy the tech was so great on calling me and keeping me posted as to how far along they were in my repair. Thanks to them giving me a loaner, i didnt worry. Great service!

Two thumbs up. Lou's staff is very courteous. They go out of their way to make the customer feel at home. I had a repair done and the price for parts and service was very reasonable. That's why I have found a new place to take my vehicles for service.

I was recently stranded at a gas station - my car wouldn't start. It only took one call to Lou's to get a tow, get back to Lou's and have the problem diagnosed and fixed. Only too a couple hours. Meanwhile, I used their internet to check my e-mail and facebook. Everyone is very pleasant and efficient. And the body shop is also the best.
