Unless you have a mechanic in your family, you should be bringing your cars to Lou's for service. Honest, friendly, and helpful, they really take the worry out of a trip to the mechanic. They'll never try to BS you about something that needs to be done to your car, and any work they do is done right.

People talk about family a lot but it is a reality at Lous Care Care. They always take the time to explain the repairs needed and answer every dumb question I can think to ask. The family atmosphere is evident in the respect shown to every person entering the lobby with a smile, greeting and genuine concern for the visit. They even take time to immediately help my wife and daughter even without an appointment. I am Proud to claim my place in the Lous Car Care family and strongly suggest you visit them, ask for Randy and see why I always enjoy the visits to their shop.

I brought my car to Lou's to fix a bearing that I knew was broken from a previous appointment. Randy found some other issues with my car and had the courtesy to let me know about the other problems with the car before he proceeded with the bearing, even though I had already authorized the work. It was an excellent call on his part to notify me of the other issues given the high mileage on the vehicle. I am so happy that they let me know before I put money into a car that I may not want to keep pouring money into. Most other shops would have gone ahead and fixed the bearing and then let me know about the other stuff later. WOW! I ended up fixing some other items. It was so good to have all the information at my finger tips and to have the ability to make a decision BEFORE I spent my hard earned money. Great people, great shop!
