Today was my last visit. We're still communicating. I'll see you Monday 10/24/11.

The brake line to the rear brakes was rusted out and broken. I was given estimates to fix that line as well as the front lines and the fuel line which are rusted but not leaking at this time. I only went with the broken line but with the estimates in mind I will be doing the other repair during future repairs to the truck.

I first call for a appointment but had to cancell due to a family issue, daughter's car broke down. I called and got a later appointment. Lou's was able to complete the servicee and got the car available for mme well ahead of the schedule I had asked for. They also took the time to call me to inform me the the car was ready for pickup.

I had to have AAA jump start my battery. The driver told me I would need a need a new battery. Lou's Car Care was on my way home. I stopped and they took care of replacing my battery right away. I don't think it took an hour. I have been doing business with them for 25 years. I would recommend their servics to any one.

They may not be the cheapest in town but you do get what you pay for and these guys know how to treat a customer. Randy thanks again for being upfront and always providing the best solution and returning the vehicle so quickly. You guys are awesome and you have a customer for life.

I was impressed with the honest evaluation of care my car needed and the honest end result.

I just had my car service for oil change and tire rotation. The service and work was outstanding. Coffee was nice an "hot" I was in and out in no-time. Great Job!

Excellent service as always. I always sense the professional attitude of everyone at Lou's. I'm confident that everything will be ptoperly taken care of.

Just an oil change and rotation but all was very good. Comfortable waiting area (although no coffee) but they did have WIFI.
