I woke up on Black Friday to travel and my car was making terrible sounds when I put the breaks on. Without having an appointment I went in and as busy as they were they got my car right into the shop without hesitation. Lous is so great, I drive from Cicero to Bville for anything my car needs. Randy, called to let me know my cooling system flush was completed and that he did NOT recommend doing some other work I had mentioned. This certainly saved me money and it has been my experience so far with Lou's Car Care. I'm finding the people at Lou's great to work with. They maintain a very customer-focused culture.
