Randy, called to let me know my cooling system flush was completed and that he did NOT recommend doing some other work I had mentioned. This certainly saved me money and it has been my experience so far with Lou's Car Care. I'm finding the people at Lou's great to work with. They maintain a very customer-focused culture.

The staff at Lou's Car Care are kind, compassionate & very knowledgeable. I felt they did an excellent job and I would recommend them to everyone. When I went to pick up my vehicle the balance was higher than the quote originally was but Randy "fixed it" and I walked out feeling really good about this shop & the staff.
Got my tires on and they also checked for a exhaust leak found it get job.
