I had a 9am appointment for an oil change, state inspection and tire rotation. Everything was done in an hour's time. I like the multi-point inspection Lou's does whenever they work on my car. They find things that should be fixed or watched for future repair.

As always I had great service when I brought my car in last week.

I called Lou's made an appt. to drop my car off the next morning for annual inspection. I was called in the early afternoon and told my car was ready and inspected, needed nothing to pass and I was back in business.

I have been taking our family's vehicles to Lou's for several years. The service I received has always been performed on time and complete. The facilities are spotless and the people I interact with are friendly and helpful. Lou's Car Care is as warm and friendly as my favorite family restaurant.
