Three weeks ago I purchased a 2004 Ford Taurus from Lou's Car Care. This was my first time doing business with Lou's. They were very friendly no pressure sales people and offer great service to the customer. They did what needed to be done to make sale. Lou Jr. and Luigi have been great to work with, so much so that we just purchased a second car from them for our son. Our only negative finding is that they dofixed not shampoo the interior when they detail the vehicles for delivery. Thank you Lou,s

As always, I was pleased with their service and how they go the extra mile when they notice something minor while doing an oil change and adjusts it. And, if they notice something more serious, they explain the problem and give you a time frame within it should be corrected so as not to cause major problems with the car. I trust their care and judgement.
