If ever the work done is in question- they'll take a look and make any corrections needed. It is especially important for a single woman to have the assurance that her car will be WELL taken care of. I have since moved further away from Baldwinsville but continue to bring my car to the caring, courteous staff at Lou's! Its well worth the drive, gas and the time! Our 2005 Honda Civic has probably never seen a wax job. The full car care detail package was so worth it, the car looks and smells like brand new. All pine tire removed, floor carpets are so back to their original color we didn't want to step on them. GREAT job as Always. See Nino if you have any body work, because his team is great for any type of fender bender.
