I began a relationship with Lou's a couple decades ago. Yes, these guys have been caring for us and our automobiles like we were their family! Always informed of the history of our cars and the services performed. They keep us updated on what to expect in the near future. Questions are always answered in a professional way that can be easily understood. Phone and computer system is wonderful and fun! Staff is so courteous and the mechanics do great work. If ever the work done is in question- they'll take a look and make any corrections needed. It is especially important for a single woman to have the assurance that her car will be WELL taken care of. I have since moved further away from Baldwinsville but continue to bring my car to the caring, courteous staff at Lou's! Its well worth the drive, gas and the time! Thanks to all at Lou's and its been a pleasure to watch you grow through the years.

Outstanding service, as usual. When my car 'died' Lou''s came to the rescue quickly and adroitly allowing me to continue my daily chores and activities without much of a bump in my schedule.

Our 2005 Honda Civic has probably never seen a wax job. The full car care detail package was so worth it, the car looks and smells like brand new. All pine tire removed, floor carpets are so back to their original color we didn't want to step on them. GREAT job as Always. See Nino if you have any body work, because his team is great for any type of fender bender.

My experience with Lou's Car Care as always was excellent. I've done business there for years and I wouldn't trust my vehicles to any other Care Center.
