Everytime I go to Lou's, regardless of how big or how small the service appointment may be, the entire staff treats me like family. They are quick and efficient, very reasonably priced, and most importantly, I feel that they take not only take good care of my car, but they go out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. I've been going to Lou's for probably 15+ years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I took my car for inspection and oil change. I dealt with both Randy and Luigi who were very courteous, took my car on time by appointment, and dealt with me in a very professional manner. I am always impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the neatness of the personnel. I was given an explanation of problems and a cost estimate of repairs that need to be done. Although I find their prices to be high (it always hurts to have to pay for repairs), I believe their work is thorough and makes me feel my vehicle is safe to drive, once they are finished. My father and mother used Lou's Car Care for many years for their service, and I will continue to take my car there.

I have been going to Lou's for a long time and they always seem to get it right the first time. They are professional and I like the fact that they respect the fact that even so I'm a female that generally knows what's wrong with the car before taking it in, they don't treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about. I would recommend Lou's for any service.

I just can't say enough about how good the customer service is at Lou's Car Care. I never feel that I am paying for service that I don't need. Everyone I deal with at Lou's customer service skills are excellent.

Always professional and courteous, these fellas stay true to their word and are always honest and up front about their services. Both times I have had my car in the shop, they've given me a detailed explanation about everything that was wrong, everything that was fixed, and even gave a complete report of things that would need repairing soon.
