From the first phone call to schedule my appointment to the time that I picked up my car and every conversation in between, every person at Lou's was courteous, friendly, and helpful. I did not have to call once about the progress of the repairs because I was called and kept informed. When the repairs took an extra day, I was given a loaner to drive. I have never been to a service station that offers a reward program. I think it is great that I can use my rewards for products, maintainence, and repairs. I have already been recommending Lou's to my friends.
