RESULTS OF SERVICE ARE EXCELLENT; RANDY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED MANY THINGS AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS VERY WELL. ONE MINOR PROBLEM; I HAD TO CALL AT 4PM TO SEE IF MY CAR WAS READY AND THEN HAD TO CALL AGAIN AT 5:15; NEVER HAD BEEN TOLD CAR MIGHT NOT BE READY SAME DAY. WHEN I CALL THE FIRST TIME IT WAS IMPLIED BY LOU JR THAT IT MIGHT NOT BE READY...I THINK SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME LONG BEFORE 4PM TO SAY THERE MIGHT BE AN ISSUE IF SOMETHING HAPPENED TO CAUSE A PROBLEM. THE CAR HAD BEEN DROPPED OF BEFORE 7AM THAT MORNING AND THERE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY TYPE OF PROBLEM UNLESS SOMETHING VERY SEVERE HAD OCCURRED THAT WAS NOT KNOWN PREVIOUSLY.

Recently went to Lou's Car Care for regular vehicle maintenance. The mechanic also did a quick check on the car. The managers and the mechanics at Lou's are great people who are courteous and do their best to make sure that your car runs well. The rewards program is a great benefit.

I am real happy with the service on my vehicle. I really liked the fact that Rachel explained everything that I needed to have done so my car would pass inspection,she was really friendly and answered all my questions she even took me home as my car would be tied up for a while and she was kind enough to pick me up and brought me back to Lous. The two guys that were also at the front desk were really friendly, sorry I didnt get their names. I liked the fact that everyone was Polite friendly and honest with me I will definatly use lous from now on to do anything that needs to be done on my vehicle. thanks Kathy

We have been using Lou's Car Care for a few years now and they are the best. Not only are they very good at what they do, but they are very informative and helpful. Their entire staff is VERY professional, courteous, and friendly. They are also very reasonable with their prices. We are moving out of state this week and I can only hope we find some one as reputable as Lou's Car Care down in Orlando. Thanks for the great years of service you have provided my husband and I.
