I brought my car in for a passenger side mirror replacement and a NYS inspection. As usual, I was thrilled with the level of customer service I received. Randi and Lou Jr are the kindest men and they are always helpful. I received quick service and a phenomenal price. My husband and I have been bringing our cars to Lou's for years and will continue to do so!
